Mickii Edwards FREE DisneyLand Trip

As most are now aware, Mickii Edwards, ex Oldham Bears and Oldham RLFC player and legend, has been heavily involved with his community, he has been raising money and helping create opportunities for underprivileged children/families with lots of different initiatives.

 

His latest is a HUGE one, one that outdoes anything he’s done before in the charity arena, he’s taking 75 Children and 40 Adults to Disney Land and he’s doing it for FREE.

 

With help from private parties and fundraising Mickii has managed to pull off yet another fantastic feat, he will also be taking within that 75 children, 25 from Ukraine, something close to Mickiis heart.

 

Last year we ran an event at Mickiis very own Tipsy Cows, a full coach of Oldham fans/ Yeds members, travelled down and presented Mickii with his Heritage certificate as-well as providing some funds we had raise before the night and on the night for Mickiis Christmas event, again for underprivileged children. 

 

This time we’re helping him with raising funds for his DisneyLand trip, the costs for this are big, from Food to Accommodation and Medical help to Insurance, travel and more. 

 

Because of the visit last year, Mickii wants 2 families from Oldham to be involved, that’s where YOU come in, we want to hear your stories and we want you and your children who deserve this trip, to get involved. 

 

Not only will 2 families benefit and have a great time, we will make sure that in the coming months we also do something with our other nominees.

 

We have set up a fundraising page for this and we would he appreciate if you could spare as little as £1 to go towards the costs of this trip, the more we raise, the better the trip for the kids and families involved.
